Joined my local artist friends today for a friendly competition at Sterling Family day. This is a day that Volunteers work hard to put together a fair like atmosphere that's family friendly and low impact to your wallet. And with their hard work, they succeed! We have an area that we display our paintings and ask people to vote for their favorite painting, to which the winner gets bragging rights. Last year I won, and was hoping to keep my title. I was defeated by an incredible seascape by local artist Renee Keech. I did get second place for my painting of my daughter with sunflowers. A great day, and lots of fun. Thank you to all the hard working volunteers for another great family day!
