Here is a team of horses displaying the original definition of horsepower. When horses were king, and very needed for everyday life. And sadly not always treated well. But I think these were treated very well, and used for special occasions, like fall festivals. I have always enjoyed seeing draft horses all dressed with their tack, and pulling a festive wagon. Or sleigh.
