This is a local home in a neighboring town that I have admired for its porch. Here it is decorated for July 4th. Between buntings, garland and an actual flag, this home is screaming patriotism. Which is nostalgic to me. Someone has ridden up and left their bike leaning on fence while they are visiting. Maybe they are inside enjoying a cold glass of lemonade. After all it is July.

This was a pretty scene I saw one day while driving home. This is the end of my road, with a bright, glowing sunset. If you look close, you can even see the little honey stand that is out all year. Rain, snow, or sun, its always there.
Painting is 16" x 20" on canvas, unframed, about 3/4' thick, and has a light varnish over painting.
