This is the beautiful, impressive mansion, the Breakers, in Newport, Rhode Island. I was lucky enough to be there one winters night and saw this picturesque scene of the imposing gates of the property dressed for the holidays. I took a photo, which inspired this painting.
Painting is 20" x 16" on canvas, unframed, about 3/4' thick, and has a light varnish over painting.
I have a plain black frame available in another listing, or please message me and I can add it to this listing. If you need a pic of painting in frame, I am happy to oblige also.
