This was inspired by a photo my niece took on our trip to California. There were so many VW vans on the big sur! She took a pic of a pretty orange one. I changed it to this pretty green, thinking that would go better with a holiday painting. I thought it would be pretty in a Christmas tree lot. Here is someone that just picked out their Christmas tree, and now they are heading home. Luckily its only a dusting, that made everything pretty with a fresh coat of new snow. Otherwise, they may be having a tough ride home in the snow.
Painting is 16" x 20" on canvas, about 3/4' thick, and has a light varnish over painting.
