Out for delivery
I saw this pretty covered bridge on a trip to Vermont and added this pretty little truck. I enjoy adding the flag to my paintings, along with some red flowers, and it created this pretty little Americana scene.
I am imagining that these flowers are either out for delivery, or the driver is headed for a parade in town. The truck is shining brightly, the flags are new and crisp, and the flowers are blooming. Its a perfect day in small town America.
There is also a hidden mickey for those that look for them.
Colors may look differently between scanning and computers, but every care has been taken to portray painting correctly.
Painting is 18" x 24" on canvas, about 3/4' thick, and has a light varnish over painting.
This painting is framed with a black wood frame, created by my Dad. It was painted black, and I sanded the edges to give it a worn look.
